I had a very similar vaccum hand one and it was crappy as well. I do not know why but there are not many good hand vacs. I actually use the detachment from my regular vac to clean our stairs. by jtbull46

This is a good start. You might want to think about stating the name of the item you are reviewing so that your readers don't have to go back to see what it is. You might lose them that way. Also you mentioned the cord is long but you didn't say how long. I have a long house. I don't know if I would have to plug this in in various places to get the job done. Add some personal experience to it, such as, why did you purchase this one, what does it do that other vacuums don't, were you happy with the price, etc. I will gladly re-rate if you edit this review. good mop for a good price. it does it job pretty well but I found it a little difficult to use as I could not move around floors. if you are looking for a floor cleaner that is light weight then this is the one to buy. The wear and tear of this product is good!

I appreciate your incorporation of personal experience into this report, but it is greatly lacking. Your wording is confusing, you backtrack and there is not enough information to give me a good "feel" about this cleaner. You have several long, overloaded, run-on sentences that tend to tire the eyes. There are so many gaps that need to be filled in. I am very interested in the water and soap. Is the process messy going in and emptying? How hot is the water suppose to get, and have you had that checked? Is there a warranty on the machine? How heavy is "heavy"? What about the attachments? What are they for? Is it easy to maneuver across the floor? Can it do carpets and wood and tile? There are a lot of areas that could help show us what this cleaner can do both on the features you like and the features that frustrate you. by menagerie

Dirt Devil MCE-7300 Easy Steamer Extractor, real cleaner at my home. After testing so many cleaning operatus ultimately I got this profesional steam cleaning machine which can be worked at all surfaces. Its so handy at kitchen, my bed room, hall and everywhere at my home as it can be handled on all surfaces like carpets, shelves, bed, sofa etc. Very easy to handle and operate.

Too generic - your review could apply to many different vacuums. Why did you get it for your mother in the first place? What made this vacuum different from all the rest? ". . . volume of it is not as loud. . . " -- at first I thought you were going to describe the volume of dirt/dust it could handle. Maybe here direct application of the sound would be better -- just leave off the volume and say that it is not as loud. There are so many things that you could say about a vacuum that I was very disappointed in the little bit you gave us. by menagerie
