They had great prices and very fast processing. The unit that was delivered was what I ordered. I was a little nervous ordering from them cuz I never did business with them before but I have no complaints on them and would order here again!

I placed an order for a plasma TV in mid-september, they quickly called to persuade me to switch to a more expensive model. Their response time was very quick throughout this process, until after I made the purchase and paid with the credit card. Now after almost a month, they stopped answering my phone calls, never gave me the tracking number, the carrier company name, phone number to call, NOTHING. Fortunately my credit card company (Bank of America) agree to dispute the charge and allow me to get my money back. AVOID PRICEMAD.COM UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW AWAY MONEY!

Buy beware, this store is one of the typical bait and switch store. I ordered a project for $808, while others sell for $838 or more. They said I had to call to confirm. When I called, they said the price does not include the bulb, which will cost another $200 to $300. Then I had to cancel the order. These are a bunch of thieves!!!!!

I love this online store. I have 4 children and it is hard to shop in stores. With oldnavy.com I can find someting for everyone and never have to leave home. when you are shopping for 6 people with sizes rainging from 12 mo all the way up to a mens 3XL it is nice to know that you can find it all in one place on the net.
