Terry Francona has done an incredible job managing the boston red sox -once again- this year. He uses the bench, uses new and young players in order to build up their skills and confidence, and gets everyone on the same page working together. Other managers might not give picthers like Okajima as many chances as Tito has, but now he's built okis confidence back up and oki is doing great. Tito has had to work around numerous injuries and other unforeseen set-backs (like "losing" manny), and he has done a phenomenal job with all the players coming up through the farm system. viva tito
