This menagerie person is no longer a Ciao member, so I hope everyone takes his or her comments in stride, he (or she) has really raked the people writing reviews over the coals...I'm not sorry to see them go. :) by buffymb
I still don't understand - what exactly is this contraption? Looking at the title, it is the GPS receiver for a mounted GPS device in your car. OK, so I thought all you needed to make the GPS device work was a connector into what used to be the car's lighter (I have no idea what it is called now, except the place I put the phone recharging unit). At first, I thought you were talking about a mounted phone transmitter. so that people wouldn't have to drive with one hand (maybe) on the wheel. As far as the suction cup goes, have you driven in both very cold (10F) or very hot (100F) conditions and the suction stayed put? Gosh. I really did think the receiver was in the GPS itself. by menagerie
