Easy to use and clear audio. These radios worked great when grandpa had heart surgery and grandma had to find things for him upstairs. Again these came in useful when running wire under the house. The only downside I can say is the talk button wears out my thumb when communicating back and forth for an extended length of time, but I have small hands and the button doesn't get accidently pushed either.

Thanks for the info. I'm looking for a good set of these to use with my 87 year old dad. He lives 4 houses from me and I need something small and uncomplicated for him that he can keep with him at all times incase he needs help. He falls down alot and we don't like leaving him alone.
