It took me a couple of hours to get them to a point where they would even format. Then only one of them would even work. After trying to contact there service tech. for about a week , I finally gave up. I guess I learned a lesson. I'll never buy anything with that name on it again. Also I'll check out reviews about anything I'm going to buy.
