Advantages: clean and convenient water Disadvantages: filter
This is the 3rd type of water filter that I have owned and I have to say I am quite impressed with the quality of the water. I tested the water with my home tester and the water came out 95% pure - I have the classic pitcher and although I am very satisfied with the water cleanliness I do have a couple of areas that I am dissatisfied with. Often times when I am poring water (especiallly filling my coffee pot in the am) the filter pops out and releases ... ...husband and I in our household but we still run out of water frequently. Brita 35600 Water FIltration Pitcher
Over the years I have oftentimes been disappointed when I have taken time to brew a cup/mug of tea or coffee and found that there is a kind of scum layer on the surface of the drink.
I became aware of the Brita range of pitchers some time back, but never really justified buying one for myself so I was very pleased when I was given my first one.. Sure it is probably the most basic of all the range available but ... ...hot drinks!

...my tap water through the Brita filter tastes delicious and you will get four to six cups of water each day. It really worked perfectly, made the awful chlorine taste away my water. The size is best for one person using, it's not heavy and doesn't take up too much room. The filtering is also pretty fast, it finished the whole work only taking up about five minutes. Now I have bought a big one for my family using in daily life. The Brita pitcher is ...
