Do not get this washing machine i have had so many problems with it.The first couple years was fine and it worked well then slowly and gradually the water started leaking out from the washing machine and got worse and worse. We had it fixed so many times and we wern't doing anything wrong everything was fine but the door was easily broken probably because of the uses and maybe because of swinging the door open to firmly. ...buy 2 different washing machine, LG WM2016 and 1 a cheaper machine.. cheaper one is too fussy to use. little less of water presure, too big laundry (not the heavy), will not start. noise and vibratory so distrub. I can't find any trouble above at LG. The different is faster, not fussy, fragnancer, and the most is after sales service is satisfaction.. its really helpfull to me to make profit.
