I purchased the Bissell 2101 also known as "Sweep Up" a few weeks ago. I was tired of dragging out the big vacumn cleaner for a few pieces of lint or dog hair on the floor. Thisis the type of vacuum that you need if you have hard wood floors. It cleans up all the dirt and is so easy to use with out any kinds of problems. I like it because the cord is really long and that it is easier for me to use then the motions of sweeping with a broom. It is vwery light too. I did a lot of research on this vacuum before I purchased it. After all, most sane people don't spend $500+ on a vacuum. I previously owned a Eureka that simply stopped working one day.
