I do not--I repaet do not like this steam cleaner. I had it for about 6 months before it began to leak in the lower tank. About a month after that the upper tank lost the cork that helpd the water in it and so I had water everywhere. It did not do me any good to try and suck up the water because it would just leak out of the lower tank. The suction on the cleaner was not so great either. I literally have to use this cleaner every week due to high traffic areas in my house. I found that this product is actually pretty handy. Its a bit heavy bit I workout so its no big deal. I have found that it doesn't pick all the water neither and I have to keep all the windows open to dry my carpet and I have to make sure to not turn the cleaner off while it is still parked on the rug so that I do not have one of those water tracks. Disadvantages: needs more suction , hard to clean unit

This is not a bad little machine, for it's price. Small enuff to fit in those tight spots, yet with its 64 oz capacity, you are not having to refill every 10 minutes like some other models. It could have a little better suction, but overal for this price range it is quite nice. This is a very nice little stem cleaner to have. It does alot of things when cleaning the carpet. It does not take long to stem clean the carpet either. It is very easy to push along the carpet and also very easy to put the cleaning stuff in it as well. It has lots od different kinds of features that you can use in cleaning the carpet too.
