Advantages: Built in Wi-Fi Disadvantages: Number keys are too small
I bought this phone refurbished and I am very happy with it.
The screen size is great, the weight is bearable, the qwerty keyboard has a decent size and is easy to use.
The phone came with Windows Mobile 5 installed but HTC's website has a free upgrade to WM6 which is a sleeker OS.
I love the fact that this phone has wi-fi but I wished there were other browsers to use other that IE, but that is not the phone's problems.
The phone function is ... ...bring up the number keys to dial, it is extremely hard to do so with your hand because they are so small.
The camera is decent enough for a cell phone camera and it is very easy to move pictures from the phone to a PC. I really like the panoramic picture function which helps you take some really cool pics.
Overall, the phone is really a very good PDA with telephone functionality built in, not a phone that works as a PDA. ...

Advantages: Comes with headphones and snazz case Disadvantages: Slow to switch on -very slow-!
The HTC Touch is an incredable touch screen, cell-phone and just has the best design with these features (Blue-tooth, GPRS Internet, GPS, LAN Internet, head phone port / mini USB Port, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and so much more.)
I absolutly adore this phone because it has a unique design (better in white) and comes with a snazzy pouch that if turned upside down the cell phone comes out straight away.

Advantages: Easy to use Disadvantages: No MS Office
...regular cell phone to the Blackberry and wondered what took me so long. The Blackberry 8330 is user friendly and allows you to customize the background using Zen (icons) or Today (front screen providing your calender, messages, and missed calls). The QWERTY Keyboard allows quick typing and even has spell check. The browser is easy to use but it is not a true full browser and does not allow access to items that use Adobe. Additionally, MS Office is ... ...applications including a voice activated application that allows you to send emails and text just by speaking what you want. Email and attachments are great and allows you to set up up to 10 separate emails. The camera is great and with an additional storage device, allows additional picture and music storage for on the go use. Great Device. ...

Advantages: Keypad easy to use, Great Software, Easy Text / Email Disadvantages: Battery Life is questionable, Camera is okay.
This is one of the best, if not the best, phone I have ever owned. I wasn't ever really impressed with Microsoft's mobile phone software, but this new edition of Microsoft Mobile for Smartphones is the best mobile phone software I have used. The full QWERTY keypad is easy to use and makes text messaging and email a flash. The menu's are easy to use and things are really easy to find on the phone. The screen is very bright and vibrant. The camera ... ...on the phone is only ok. My Q came with an extended battery and a slim battery. I use the extended battery and usually charge the phone every night so I rarely have a problem with the battery going down before the end of the day, however, the battery is almost dead at the end of the day. Overall, I am very happy with this phone! ...

I've been using the Palm Centro for approximately three months. While I like the large touch screen, the keyboard buttons are tiny and somewhat difficult to use without the stylus. The sound quality on my end is very good, however people seem to have difficulty hearing me on this phone and describe it as loud enough, but muffled. This does not seem to be related to the microphone being obscured or a volume adjustment issue.
The sync functions are ... ...like being able to add items to my calendar and contacts via computer and sync them with the phone. Online access is also very easy, and set-up was a breeze for me. The camera takes decent pictures as well, file storage is good, and the texting set-up has a lot of great options. ...
