I bought this phone refurbished and I am very happy with it. The screen size is great, the weight is bearable, the qwerty keyboard has a decent size and is easy to use. ...bring up the number keys to dial, it is extremely hard to do so with your hand because they are so small. The camera is decent enough for a cell phone camera and it is very easy to move pictures from the phone to a PC. I really like the panoramic picture function which helps you take some really cool pics. This is one of the best, if not the best, phone I have ever owned. I've been using the Palm Centro for approximately three months. While I like the large touch screen, the keyboard buttons are tiny and somewhat difficult to use without the stylus. The sound quality on my end is very good, however people seem to have difficulty hearing me on this phone and describe it as loud enough, but muffled.
