I got the Audiovox D8000IP about 1 month ago for my youngest son. I bought it with the intention of him using it during car rides and long trips, such as doctors visits and rides on the Seattle Ferry. Disadvantages: needs to be louder for the smaller kids

I like this product very well, they are good to have when you are traveling and have kids, that way they are into the movie and not saying are we there yet. I wish that the batteries would stayed charged longer, but other that this is a very great product to have. If you don't own one you should think about it.
