I have to admit that this was a bit of an impulse purchase but I am amazed at how much we have actually used it. This little DVD player can literally go everywhere with me. This is a nice portable dvd player to have when going on a trip or even when the power goes out. The graphics are really good and the volume is pretty loud. It will play two or three movies before the battery dies. I bought one about five years ago and it still works like new. It has never tore up since I have had it. This Toshiba for me was a good buy, it has a cheap price tag ( a huge perk) and it dose have a great picture. sound quality is excellent! i dont always just used it for dvd i also use it to listen to my cds. so having a good sound is very big for me.
