This Panasonic TH 42PZ700U plasma TV, definately lived up to its potential when I bought it. This was a while ago, and I have used it on average for about 3 hours a day and she still runs smooth and brilliant as if she was still new! The clear picture is just unbeaten and the sound quality coming from the TV itself is also good however there is one problem. During the wekend I stayed at one of my friends as it was end game of the Soccer League. We won 5-1, that was a great closure game. And it was great to watch the match at 50-inch HP-T5064. It is a plasma TV. Well, I do not have enough information to compare an LCD and a Plasma TV but I can say that I enjoyed more while watching anything on that Plasma then some other LCD Televisions. There are a side panel on the Tv which has an HDMI, A/V, S-Video and Earphone jacks and a USB port, which lets you listen MP3 and display photos but only in JPEG format. It is a great TV. I got mine several months ago and it has been good to me. The HD and Digital Tv features are exellent. You able to view whats on next and its great. The picture is exellent. What ever you do dont pause the Television (yes you can pause the television, i get to that in a min) or movie and walk away for an hour you will get screen burn it happened to me although in will go away after a day. I absolutely love this television. It has 2 HDMI, 2 Composite and 2 component inputs which allows me to hook up 3 different gaming consoles along with my Dish Network all at once. At first the picture is a little to blurry for my taste on standard definition channels.
