I upgraded to the iPod Touch in March of 2008, and have been very happy with the purchase. I've had many different iPods over the past few years, and this is the first that has really sold me on the concept of watching video on such a small device. The screen is very impressive, for such a small space. It is very clear and makes viewing a lot easier then past iPods. The other nice feature is the Wi-Fi, which I use quite often. ...internet. If you want that feature, you are going to pay a lot more, including monthly charges. This device, the Touch, is best used for music, video and general internet access. If you are choosing between the 8 and the 16 Gig - go for the 16. It is worth a bit more to have the extra space. Videos / movies take up a lot of space. This is a cool looking MP3 player to have or even to buy for your kids for a gift. I had purchased me one a few months ago and it is very nice to have around. I wanted it for walking working outside, and to take to college to listen to when I was in the library doing my studying. You can put lots of music onto it and listen. This is very nice to have. It does not only play MP3 music but also has a built in radio as well. It is rather small to tote around in your pocket and it is very easy to work and to down load music onto it. It does not take very long at all to do. A friend of mine has this type of ipod and says it is very nice to have and is so light. They said that they never would have guessed that it would have been so lght by just looking at it. I got a one of thes for Christmas of 2007. The actutal iPod itself is amazingly light, and is not thewieght that you first expect when looking at it. With the iPod being 4GB memory storage space, there is a lot of room for a lot of songs. This dosnt just play songs though, it will also play podcasts, such as recorded Radio Shows, and it also plays Audio Books, which are great for people with sight difficulties, as they cannot read, they can listen ...
...sides to this though, is that it dosnt play what the newsest versions can play. Thngs such as, TV Shows, Flims and Music Videos. This is an amazing piece of techonogy though for what it can do, therefore, i would reccomend it to any buyers out there who are a lover of Music, Radio, TV & Film.
