I received this item as a gift for Christmas last year and I am pretty happy with the overall item. The unit is very tiny and has a convienent clip to attach the shuffle to your clothing for easy storage while working out or running. The battery seems to last a long time but the unit is really a pain to try to navigate through the songs. I bought this small mp3 player because I needed something that was both a cheap first mp3 player and also something that was tiny. I saw this advertised online and paid just £18/$34 dollars for it. It is only 1GB but, I find that what I need it for it is fine - it stills holds in the region of 250-300 songs depending on song length and the battery life is excellent. To charge the mp3 all you need to do is connect the USB cable from it to your pc ...
...you upload as it's as simple as plugging into the pc/laptop and it will detect it so that you can just drag songs onto it. The earphones it comes with are small and discreet and don't hurt my ears so big bonus there! The only downside really is that it doesn't have a clip to hold it onto your clothes etc but you could always buy a pouch to wrap around your arms.
