The RCA Opal M4004 is my daughters newest pocket pal, and that's exactly where she keeps it at all times. It's so slim and very durable proven by 6 months of school bus rides, cross country running meets and every other place she can sneak it into.
This MP3 holds over 1000 songs, video clips which I guess is the newest teen craze, what ever happen to rock t-shirts? It also holds personal photos and makes a photo slide show, and has a personal recorder ... ...or just being silly with her friends.
The Opals come in varieties of two toned colors. Along with the MP3 you get a set of white earbuds. A USB cable for downloads and recharging which takes about 3 hours if the battery is completely low.
She usually gets about 15 full hours of usage before she has to recharge, and I usually get 2 hours of full quiet on a road trip.

The RCA Opal is boasts a 1.8 inch viewing screen, which I think is a great size to be able to view pictures and videos on the go. I have uploaded quite a few pictures onto my Opal and the viewing quality is awesome. I like to have it around to show off pics of my 4 year old!

I purchased this Apple IPod nano with 8 GB May of 2008. the features are great, you can spend alot of time filling this iPod with photos, videos, music podcasts, and lots of other stuff. The one drawback is the battery life is not that great. It comes with a usb cable to recharge the battery using your pc, which is very convenient. About the cable, let me point out one thing seemingly useless, but instead is very convenient: a plastic hook holds, that is wrapped, the cable and simultaneously acts as a cap for the entry USB protecting it from possible damage, and also the wire not likely to uncoil.
In the box are also included white earphones, which guarantee a quality of listening perfect, 2 pairs of cover headphones ... ...(at least I assume!) And therefore knows. The price is imposed by Apple and you can find on the site. In addition, the service customers of Apple is very serious and assistance is certainly not lacking.
