Advantages: massive capicity, brilliant quality of picture and sound, good for the price
Disadvantages: NOT touch screen

This Zune has the capicity to playback music and video in stunning quality on a 3.2" colour screen, combined with its massive 80GB memory it is brilliant for movies and TV shows on the go ( which can even be downloaded from the zune marketplace). This samsung mp4 player is a great substitute for the ipod touch. It does infact have its own 3" widescreen LCD display which is also touch sensitive like the ipod, in addition the screen a very high resolution perfect for watching movies and videos in a 16:9 aspect view. ...the headphones breaking , but Apple quickly sent me a replacement and the broken ones were sent back, free of charge. The problem was that the left ear bud became very distorted (especially when a lot of bass was present) and a lot of static could be heard alongside the music. Did I mention that the iPod Touch has been beautifully designed by Apple's superb design team, making the iPod not only functionally pleasing but very aesthetically pleasing ...
...and we can only hope Apple find a new way to encase the rear of the iPod. For those unaware of the aforementioned problem, the rear of newer iPods are encased in metal, which gets scratched incredibly easy, making the rear of the device very unattractive. If your having trouble choosing between this product, and the other iPod models, I recommend asking yourself whether or not 16GB or 32GB is enough for you now, or will be enough in the future? ... Advantages: Attractive, trustworthy, easy to use, holds about 20,000 songs, not big and bulky
Disadvantages: freezes once in a great while

I've owned this ipod for about a year now, since last september and it has never given me any problems other than freezing one time, and all I had to do to fix it was plug it into my computer, easy as that & that's a surprise after I've dropped it like 20 times.
