There is nothing I can complain about. It's portable, reliable, clear, fast, sleek, and looks nice with excellent battery usage. The memory is 8GB, and that is more than enough for songs - That is thousands of songs, and barely anyone ever keeps that much songs in a MP3, so I daresay the memory will never let you down. I purchased this product early this spring and have been using it alot. The size of the player is excellent. The screen size is great and is very clear. Sound quality is excellent and there are 2 headphone jacks on the player. The navigation is good, although sometimes the wheel does not turn as smoothly as I would like.
