...It is the only OS Sony supports on this system. While you may be able to run very old legacy apps, you cannot leverage any of the cool new features of a 64-bit system like advanced video editing or running virtual machines efficiently. Yeah, you can still do that stuff but at nearly 1/2 the speed. Not too mention you are buying 4GB of RAM but can only ever access 3GB. All 32-bit OSes are stuck with this limitation. I have recently bought i Macbook. I was worried about the new operating system. I got my mac and was excited about the awsome speed and never having to worry about viruses anymore. But, most programs and softwares don't work on the macbook. I dislike the fact that the mac cannot run many programs.
