My top three favorite features are: 1. It says the street name. Lots of models will just tell you to turn in "approximately .2 miles", which can get really tricky in a residential area, especially because the gps is accurate only within around 50 feet, so estimating .2 miles can be rough. 2. ...to have some issues that Sony claims to have fixed with a firmware update. One of them is the route calculation and recalculation times. IMO this is the major flaw with the unit. While not unbearable, both the calculating route and recalculation are slower than other units. I bought my TomTom Go 720 about a year ago. I have had great luck using it and really like it alot. It is very easy to use and the menu navigation is very easy. The screen is easy to see night or day with the great feature to change the colors at night to prevent night blindness.
