I bought one of these for my wife about six months ago and it really comes in handy. She can make nice creamy slaw for me and use it to chop up carrots and all for her stew. I purchased this food processor with the intent of using it for convenience. I though it'd be nice to have a small one to do things like grate cheese for a meal, or quickly chop vegetables. I liked that it was small, so it wouldn't take up much cabinet space.
