Great machine! We don't use all the features such as the network printer or scanner though. It's very fast for receiving large faxes. It is able to store quite a bit in memory in case you forget to fill the paper tray. Ours has two paper trays. The first one is for stardard 8 1/2 x 11 paper but the top tray can be adjusted and used for either 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14. I have one of these and do not use it now, but have relied on it for numerous things. First , it can copy just anything you need. I let my kids copy coloring papers, pictures, and all. I Secondly, it has a phone and number storage . I have needed it before for me to recieve faxes. It worked real good. It sounded like a big fax machine you would see in an office somewhere. ...suggestion, turn it on. I have lost a fax because of paper jamming and never could read it. When using the phone part, make sure you adjust your volume for the ringer. I cut mine off. I did this because it is loud and I had other phones that I listened for. I never really used the number storage feature but I did use the speed dialing feature.
