Advantages: Lots of features, easy to use
Disadvantages: Slow to make copies

Great machine! We don't use all the features such as the network printer or scanner though. It's very fast for receiving large faxes. It is able to store quite a bit in memory in case you forget to fill the paper tray. Ours has two paper trays. The first one is for stardard 8 1/2 x 11 paper but the top tray can be adjusted and used for either 8 1/2 x 11 or 8 1/2 x 14. We use this fax in the office where I work. I hate it. The toner runs out quickly so this ends up ruining your print quality. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to ask a customer to refax something to me because there was a big black line running down the page. The fax is not hard to use. I would compare it to any other fax that I have encountered. I am not so sure how reliable this fax is because we are always having to call a repair man ... Read review

I've been using this machine for over three years now at work, and have found no real reason to change it. The documents to be sent feed easily into the top of this machine and we've almost never had any problem with it taking more than one page at a time. Mind you, if the paper is unusual in size or texture, you might find it getting stuck, as you would suspect it to. ...should know that this doesn't take paper other than A4, Letter and Legal size or smaller, but that's pretty standard. I found no fault with the clarity of arriving faxes except when the toner gets low (also to be expected). From what I've been told, my faxes also come out fine at their destinations. The company that I worked out several years ago had this type of fax machine that they were using in their office. It printed nice quality papers out with out any problems rising up. It never smear any of the ink and the company used it very often. Faxing back and forth orders. It was very simple to use and unique looking. I always got told that it was a nice faxer to have. This is a simple to use fax machine. It is not too expensive at all and it does get the job done. It may not be as quick as some fax machines but it is an excellent machine for the money. I have had no problems out of it at all. I have even use the phone on it to talk at a few times. It isvery unique looking. the ink does not cost too much at all.
