I have one of these and do not use it now, but have relied on it for numerous things. First , it can copy just anything you need. I let my kids copy coloring papers, pictures, and all. ...suggestion, turn it on. I have lost a fax because of paper jamming and never could read it. When using the phone part, make sure you adjust your volume for the ringer. I cut mine off. I did this because it is loud and I had other phones that I listened for. I never really used the number storage feature but I did use the speed dialing feature. We use this fax in the office where I work. I hate it. The toner runs out quickly so this ends up ruining your print quality. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to ask a customer to refax something to me because there was a big black line running down the page. The fax is not hard to use. I would compare it to any other fax that I have encountered. I am not so sure how reliable this fax is because we are always having to call a repair man ... Read review
