Advantages: live view, ultrafast approach, watertight, stabilizer images Disadvantages: few megapixel sensor
...are already seeing 3-inch screens, Olympus does not exceed 2.5. But perhaps most remarkable is the ultrasonic approach, capable of approaching at a speed not seen so far, according to Olympus, up to 35% faster than any existing ultrasonic approach today. Olympus remains faithful to the format of sensor four thirds and is no longer the novelty that incorporates cleaning system sensor. Maybe something cut into the amount of megapixels, seeing what ...

Advantages: image quality, ruggedness, size, weight, versatility Disadvantages: use flash as an aid to approach very annoying
6 months ago I gave this reflex camera, the first I've had, and I no longer separated from it. Certainly it's a little expensive, but its price will lead a semi-reflex. In addition, sold in packs with 1 or 2 goals, which makes it a little more profitable, and makes it covers a broader field. In my case, I gave the pack with 2 goals and the truth is that time of the telephoto lens is giving me better results than the wide angle. It gives a brilliant ... ...store a wide variety of formats. It incorporates two slots for memory cards: one for CompactFlash and another for xD-Picture Card. It incorporates an important development with regard to their predecessors Olympus: stabilizer incorporated in the body, which represents a breakthrough very interesting. As for design, is relatively small, very lightweight and very good ergonomics and tact. Come on, which is very comfortable and manageable when it comes ...

...very happy with it.
The Canon EOS 40D digital SLR camera is a really complete. It's a solid camera, with an excellent autofocus, a silent shutter, a good optical viewfinder and a good management. In addition, the Live View system works perfectly, we can walk in the rain with the camera and is an excellent tool with features of high quality. After seven models we must admit that it has been very high in the EOS SLR segment medium.
Technical Data
... ...What I like about the Canon EOS 40D is ready to work immediately, is very fast. After activating the camera filter vibrates to remove dust, and this operation will not take even a second. In addition, cleaning sensor stops when you press the shutter, which always takes precedence. Llevo 2600 pictures taken and I have not seen nor a hillock of dust yet.
* Stresses for being very quiet. And when we can also use objectives USM shoot almost silent. ...

Advantages: Unique Mechanism, Auto Focus Improvements Disadvantages: Still Expensive
Sony with the high brand level launch alpha DSLR-A350 with a unique mechanism that no one has yet tried, drawing an image from inside the optical viewfinder with a special tilting mirror. Like the A200 Sony make improvements to alpha-A350 AF have made focus acquisition 1.7 times faster, thanks to the high-torque AF motor and improved AF sequence borrowed from the A700. Autofocus in Live View is also as fast as it is in optical viewfinder mode, a ... ...With that description above make Sony A350 as a semi-pro camera. Not a bad thing, because it shows that the housing and appearance of the camera give you a good feeling, certainly with the Carl Zeiss lens mounted on the camera but If you need the resolution bump at a low price, the Rebel XSi is probably a better choice than the Sony Alpha DSLR-A350. ...

Advantages: superb image quality, live view, light weight Disadvantages: plasticky feel, could use better weathersealing
...the same footing as the Canon 40D, except for the weathersealing and frame rate. (3.5fps/vs 6.5 (40D). Image quality is superb and is 12 megapixels which allows plenty room for cropping. The XSI allows allows Live View which allows Autofocus (but slow) vs the 40D which has Live View but cannot AF in it. The other cameras that the XSI competes with would be the Nikon D60 and Olympus E-420. The E-420 is smaller, and has more problems with Noise at ... ...1) someone who already has Canon Lenses and wants to keep the Canon-body to keep their lens investment.
2) First time DSLR buyer who is attracted to Canon - go into the store and compare against the Nikon D60 and see which feels better for you.
3) Buyer who is looking for a camera with Live View capability so they can see how the image looks on the LCD screen in addition to looking through a viewfinder.
For a comparative summary of this camera, ...
