Advantages: Good video, 10x Zoom
Disadvantages: Exceptionally un-battery wise, Expensive, Possible bad quality

Panasonic's Lumix DMC TZ5. A camera with an exceptional optical zoom of 10x (degital zoom 4x), 3 inch screen, and 10.7 megapixel resolution pictures. Combine with its classy silver and black design, it seems outstanding. Seems outstanding - in reality, it's not. I am not satisfied at all with this camera. First off, the batteries don't last more than 2 hour. Not even the expensive $5 batteries that I got for it. In fact, extra power batteries only ...
...don't know HOW it uses battery so quickly, but it does. Second, instead of a on/off power button, this camera have a on/off power switch (you switch it) and that broke the second week I got this camera - serious, what the heck. I suppose the bad quality could be just for the specific camera I got, but still, I'll give you a heads up. Off to the features.
