EXILIM
Review of Casio EXILIM CARD EX-S880 by
PORT4125
Advantages: Image Transfer - Very Good
Disadvantages: -----------
The deep menus--required because of the litany of included features--were easier to navigate than expected. We liked both Best Shot and the YouTube capture mode. Best Shot is essentially a group of presets that is supposed to optimize conditions for picture-taking in certain scenarios. We found the two "Layout" modes to be the most interesting, allowing us to see up to three images in succession as we took them. The YouTube capture mode and YouTube ... ...serve to simplify the process of uploading content to the viral video Web site. The uploader program pops up as soon as a camera or card is connected to the computer, and every video is listed. A few short steps later and you're ready to be an internet superstar. However, the pre-formatted YouTube settings don't make for very crisp video, and the camera is certainly capable of much better. ...

Great price for many features
Review of Fujifilm FinePix A900 by
ladyhogwild
Advantages: user friendly
Disadvantages: none
I purchased this camera in mid November 2007. For the price, it is very user friendly and takes wonderful photos. It takes much better pics than my friends Canon that she paid twice the money for. I got a sale price of $135, no tax, no shipping. I use it daily for auction selling, posting on myspace, emailing to family, etc. It has never let me down! I rarely have to take a second photo becasue the first one doesn't look good. It has full menu options, ...

FUJIFILM
Review of Fujifilm FinePix F100fd by
power4785
Advantages:
Disadvantages:
...feature packed with 12MP model Fujifilm Super CCD HR sensor VIII. The sensor uses the same technology as the top of the range S5 Pro. Without being too technical about it, the sensor uses a matrix of pixels only designed to capture a wider dynamic range, in other words, the whole range of shades of shadow to highlight the details and everything in between. This is especially important in very bright sunlight, when the shadows deep and obvious highlights ... ...other cutting-edge technology, including face detection autofocus. This technology, now almost universal in compact cameras, recognizes faces in the frame and focuses on them, as well as the optimization of digital exhibition and parameters such as automatic red-eye removal. This model can recognize up to 10 faces in the frame and, in addition to being faster than previous models, can recognize faces in the most extreme angles, claims Fujifilm. The ...

Review of Panasonic Lumix DMC TZ5 by
scitebunny213
Advantages: Good video, 10x Zoom
Disadvantages: Exceptionally un-battery wise, Expensive, Possible bad quality
Panasonic's Lumix DMC TZ5. A camera with an exceptional optical zoom of 10x (degital zoom 4x), 3 inch screen, and 10.7 megapixel resolution pictures. Combine with its classy silver and black design, it seems outstanding. Seems outstanding - in reality, it's not. I am not satisfied at all with this camera. First off, the batteries don't last more than 2 hour. Not even the expensive $5 batteries that I got for it. In fact, extra power batteries only ... ...don't know HOW it uses battery so quickly, but it does. Second, instead of a on/off power button, this camera have a on/off power switch (you switch it) and that broke the second week I got this camera - serious, what the heck. I suppose the bad quality could be just for the specific camera I got, but still, I'll give you a heads up. Off to the features. The camera have this unique feature that lets you store someone's birthday and seperate the things ...
