Great PC
Review of HP Pavilion Media Center m8400f - Phenom X4 9500 2.2 GHz by bboothe83

Advantages: Media Options, Hard Drive Space
Disadvantages: Price

I love my HP Media Center PC. When shopping for a new home PC, it is important that you take into consideration what you will be using it for and then pick the model that meets your needs the best. I use my PC to surf the web, download music, download and manage pictures, and edit videos. This PC is perfect for all of my needs. It is super fast, and has more than enough hard drive space than I will ever use. I have been super pleased wtih my media ... Read review

sleek and small
Review of HP Pavilion Slimline s3320f - Athlon 64 X2 5200+ 2.6 GHz by schellsr

Advantages: sleek and small
Disadvantages: none

Wonderful, compact and sleek looking= HP slimline= is a good choice. I have had mine for a while now and I love the way you can put it right up there on your desk, with room to spare. You don't have to keep it in floor like the other towers(because of weight) or space issues. I actually have mine setting on the top shelf of my desk with my monitor and a printer/fax/copier. This compact ,but media functional tower is great. You do not have to look ...

Great Desktop
Review of HP Pavilion Elite m9150f - Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4 GHz by lindybrasher

Advantages: Fast, Quiet, Dependable
Disadvantages: none

I am giving this HP a 5 star rating with reservation, because it just is one sweet little computer, probably one of the most powerful machines for the money your can find. It is fast, quiet and flawless in execution of operation. Vista 64 actually runs most of the old programs I enjoy including BF2 and COD4. Microsoft Flight Simulator X has to be seem to be believed with Direct X 10 on this machine! Havent loaded Crysis yet but I can imagine. So ... Read review

Let's start with the features: Windows Vista Home Premium ® (Good operating systems and necessary for 4 cores) OriginalPHENOM 9500 QUAD (very powerful processor and 64-bit very good for games and video editing) 250GB Sata (hard drive for a tantto justita) 2 x 1GB (just for that processor and operating system) DVD RW (normalito) Nvidia 8400GS 256MB up to 1020MB DVI, VGA, HDTV (does not apply to play the latest games for that Nvidia 8600 or 8800) Multimedia ...
...TV tuner Without Wireless Lan Without Modem No Monitor And as always motherboard steel as no conspicuous by its quality, so very good with computer processor and which comply with the expectations of nearly everyone if we removed Jugon (low VGA) and video editing (on hard disk and RAM). I LOVE MY NEW IMAC!!!
Review of Apple iMac Core 2 Duo 2.66 GHz - 20" TFT by cindi

Advantages: Fast, easy to use, intuitive and no Vista, no viruses, no big ugly box
Disadvantages: haven't found any yet...

I am totally sold. I had toyed with the idea of an HP Desktop and went to Best Buy fully intending to buy one. Then the sales guy led me to the Mac section. After a Mac convert talked to me for 15 minutes, I was hooked. No viruses? Instant wireless! No big box! Giant screen! Beautiful graphics, all kinds of built in software, very intuitive. It had been years since my first mac (a quadro way back in 1990) but this is a whole new world. I got it home, ...
...- that is it). I am off and running. I bought a 500 gig external hard drive to do live backups and to transfer my data from my old laptop. I couldn't be happier. It is lightning fast, easy to use just out of the box. I can't wait to make video productions from my photos. Oh and even better -- no Vista. ... Read review
