This is a very nice deep fryer with lots of features. The plastic even stays cool as you are using it cook. It does not take too long to heat up the oil to do your cooking in. It even has a nice lid on it that you can close. It does not take long for the food to get done once you put it in. Yes, this is a very nice deep fryer because my cousin got one as a wedding gift when she was getting married. She even used it when she invited us over for a nice home cooked meal. My mom has this deep fryer and she likes it. She said that the food always comes out tasting good and the fryer is easy to use. She feels that the cleanup could be easier but then again most fryers are messy. Now this is the kind of deep fryer that I like using. It has like a strainer in it that you can strain the grease off. It really cooks very well and is real tastey.
