A few times ago my brother bought this speaker. Its sound is very very cool. An every single footstep in a movie is heard. From front, left, right and back. The subwoofer sounds "boom" sound.. I put it in under my desk and I think it works well. Sound comes out from under. Another sensation of sound. I put the five speaker in top left, top right, top back, top front and front. ...scheme. I have always trusted Logitech and still do. They make awesome computer products. But, when you buy 14 dollar speakers, you cannot expect something amazing! After about 6 months, the left speaker went out. I am not sure why, but it simply stopped working. This is the new set of speakers I just bought to go with my brand new mac g5. They are absolute in sound quality, reliability and looks. This set of speakers just looks as good as it sounds.
