This Philips tv is great.   Not too big ,not too small. I would not suggest moving it, by yourself, though.  It is heavier than you think.   I like all the features.  It has an auto adjust for fixing the color, brightness, tint, and all. It can be set up in several ways.  *You can put it on sleep mode which cuts the tv program or just the channel or the whole tv off when you pre-set the timer. *The timer can be set for 30 minutes up to 90 minutes.  ...
...It also has surround sound, stereo sound and  a remote.  I prefer its size, because its not too big , or too small.  There is  really nothing unique about it, but   mine has not given me any problems. I have owned this Phillips tv for 14 months. The tv has/had a great picuture. Sound quality is very low at the highest sound setting. About a month ago (after the warrenty ran out) the picture started freezing on the screen. It resembles when a movie freezes and burns with the little colored squares all over. It would happen occasionaly, but now it happens every 10 minutes or so. The tv is still working, but I'm assuming the picture will not last ...
...already is showing signs of failure. I have always purchased Phillips products, and never experienced any major problems. It's a nice looking tv, the casing makes it look like it is stainless steel. I like the flat screen design. My step daughters has this type of tv and they love it. It is not heavy at all and easy to move around. It is really simple to use and it of course has the built in vcr. The remote is pretty simple as well. The graphics of shows that play on the tv are so clear. The sound is nice and loud. It doesn't take much to install theis tv. The Toshiba 20AF46 TV is the set I have had in my bedroom for just over two years. I got it when it first came out by trading in my credit card reward points for it. I believe, at that time, it was about 25,000 points or somewhere around $250. With its flat glass screen, clarity while viewing is possible from anywhere in my room. A very nice feature compared to the previous TV (rounded glass front) I owned, which caused distortion in the picture ...
...pared my TV with a Toshiba DVD Player that also has Color Stream and couldn't be happier with the picture clarity. One additional feature that makes this especially nice is that the TV, via the remote, can 'fake' your DVD player into thinking its display is really Wide screen or 16:9.
