I had this phone last year and I never had any problems out of mine but my wife did several times. She had to turn hers back in and get a different type of phone. It keep losing its signal alot in very clear clearings. It did not hae a variety of ring tones to chose from either. Hers tore up a few times and had to get fixed. But it still not work well. I had one of these before and it worked pretty good. It kept good signal every time I tried to use it and the reception was not too bad. The look was really ordinary. It had some ok wall papers and ring tones. But I do believe that it could have been better. It was small enough for me to carry inside my pocket. This is a very simple phone to use and is not too unique at all. It is very easy to use. It does have some very nice ring tones and they are very loud to hear too. It can store alot of different kinds of numbers and is very useful to have. It really keeps very good reception and keeps very good signal in most places.
