This is a really nice looking phone, it is very small and has a brilliant glossy black finish coving its body, as well as a large screen for its size. I think that it really is stunning. Other than the phones appearence there isn't much else good about this phone. ...To be fair the phones battery isn't bad, but it doesn't have FM radio which is really poor in my opinion. The touch sensitive buttons are also really annoying as they sometimes sense unintentional input, so you may call someone by accident if you have no lock on. Terrible phone. The people at the verizon wireless store told me that this was an upgrade over the 8600. I actually bought the 8600 and used it for 25 days, and then swapped it for free and used the 8700. I should have stuck with the 8600. The 8700 is made with metal, so what???
