My step-daughter has this type of cd player that was purchased for her for a present. It plays good cds but sometimes the sound quality isn't as good as the cds theirselves. She has never had a problem using it because it is really simple to use. Doesn't take up too much room to store either. It doesn't have as many features as I would have liked to seen. My main reason for purchasing this CD changer was price. Being in college, I don't have a ton of money to spend so I'm always looking for quality products at the best price I can get. This was really a good price but not really good quality. I have had some problems with it not playing all 5 CDs, not recognizing some CDs or skipping over them altogether. I have found that many times it is because the disc doesn't drop down into the player so the ...
...is. Usually it isn't a huge problem because I just open and close it and it begins to play but it is annoying. I would maybe expect this problem from an old over-used CD changer but this has been going on since I bought it. I should have returned it but I ended up keeping it because I don't really use it that much and I didn't want to spend a lot of money on another brand.
