good one
Review of Frigidaire FAA065P7A by

Advantages: Price, warranty
Disadvantages: cools small space
...yet inexpensive air conditioner, the Frigidaire FAA065P7A is a solid performer -- but it does have a few flaws. Still, if you're on a budget, it's hard to go wrong with a window/wall air conditioner that costs about $170 (even less if you can find it on sale). This isn't the right model if you want to cool multiple rooms with one air conditioning unit. However, if you have a small room (about 200 square feet) to cool, the Frigidaire FAA065P7A works ... ...feature works a bit too well. It cycles the fan on and off with more frequency than we'd like, because it can be audibly distracting. This model has the typical white-on-white style of most window/wall units, and while it won't win any "best dressed" awards, it still is nicely designed. It has an electronic control panel that is intuitive to use, and with a single touch adjusts the temperature, fan speed and more. There also is a remote. The remote ...

Sunpentown SF-608R - Good for anything
Review of Sunpentown SF-608R by
scitebunny213
Advantages: All
Disadvantages: not for big rooms.
In my opinion, Sunpentown SF-608R isn't much of an air conditioner - more like a cold/cool fan. It's ideal to put it in places that the regular central air conditioner can't reach/or you want to save electricity because you're the only one in the house and there's no need to have the central AC blasting. It's also good for apartment buildings. Personally, I like to use it for the kitchen - where electricity for AC will be wasted because the windows ... ...The Sunpentown SF-608R doesn't do much for a big room - it took the Sunpentown SF-608R around 2 hours to cool down my living room fully. But for smaller rooms, it does wonder. The Sunpentown SF-608R have wheels on the bottom - you can change its location anytimg it doesn't suit you. It's not very heavy and even I can lift it. There's a remote control that allows you to control it from a few meters away. It have a 10L tank and uses regular water. ...

cools great
Review of Frigidaire FAA055P7A by
stonecold
Advantages: not too big, cools well, easy to install
Disadvantages: none
My buddy said that he needed to get an air conditioner to cool down his home and he decided on buying this kind. He wanted something that was not too big but would produce quite a bit of air and it even be really cold. It is not too heavy and it is very easy to install into the wall. He said that it cools more than one room also. It is a really good air conditioner. The sound even is not too loud to hear all the time either. It is very easy to clean ...

FRIGIDAIRE COOL!
Review of Frigidaire FAK085R7V by
SimpIyCrazy
Advantages: Efficient, quiet, easy.
Disadvantages: None.
We purchased this air conditioning unit approximately one month ago. Although we paid close to $300.00 for it, a central air system was going to cost $2000.00 plus. It was purchased at a local department store. We live in a small house of about 1,000 square feet. This unit works efficiently and sufficiently to keep the main room of the house pleasantly cool. It measures approximately 20" high by 14" wide. The depth of it is about 23 inches but it ... ...it is actually in the room. It sits almost flush with the window sill. The cord is long enough that we could put the unit in the window we wanted to and then plug it in on another wall. The window is actually taller than the unit but we had a friend build a top piece that reinforces the unit and also keeps outside air outside!
There are three fans speeds: Cool/Fan/Heat. So far we have only used it for the COOL setting. There is a Direction control ...

Review of Frigidaire FAC106P1A by
jabbusch-girl
Advantages: quiet, cools well, easy to maintain and clean
Disadvantages: none
My old land lord ahd purchased this air conditioner a little while ago to put in the trailer that I was renting. It cools the house well. It is not very loud in at all when running. I actually love trhe way it looks. It is very pretty. It is so easy to clean and does not take long at all. It is also very easy to maintain. It needs to be cleaned at least once a month. It cools the living room plus part of the trailer. It does a really great job in ...
