An automatic Keep Warm function keeps the rice warm until you're ready to serve, and the stay-cool handles let you move it without the use of gloves. The stainless steel steaming tray and nonstick cooking pan are both removable. Also included is a measuring cup and rice paddle for scooping and serving. Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved. You must first soak the brown rice in water before cooking, at least four hours or overnight for best results.
