An automatic Keep Warm function keeps the rice warm until you're ready to serve, and the stay-cool handles let you move it without the use of gloves. The stainless steel steaming tray and nonstick cooking pan are both removable. Also included is a measuring cup and rice paddle for scooping and serving. Note: Although you can use this cooker to prepare brown rice, an additional step is involved.
