Have you ever seen Office Space where they take the printer outside and beat it with the baseball bat? That is how I feel about this copier. i work for a large office and this is the printer / copier that was selected to service our floor. This thing gets used all day, everyday by everyone on the floor. This thing has constant problems with paper jams and it seems like the toner has to be adjusted or changed every other day. It would make me so happy to be able to beat this thing to shreds and go pick out a new one. If you are in the market for a new printer / copier, I hope you stay away from this one. There are other models that perform much better than this one.
