Linksys Wireless-G Router (It's G-reat!)
Review of Linksys Wireless-G Cable Gateway WCG200 - wireless router by mexicansmugler

Advantages: 4-port ethernet switch, limitless gaming possibilities, pc-to-pc file sharing, home networking
Disadvantages: N/A

The Linksys Wireless-G Cable Gateway WCG200 - Wireless Router comes as one of the most recommended routers in the market. Of course, that is my opinion, and I just totally made that up, but still, it is the best. If it is just getting on the internet with more than one computer, playing pc-to-pc head-to-head games, sharing files between two computers, networking your computers, printers, and phones together, then Linksys is your router. If your looking ...
...future of wireless capabilities, then Linksys is your next step. Become completely in control, when you can have as many computers in your home all on the internet simultaneously, and all without the hassle of wires. Imagine, your kids in their rooms researching ancient Egyptians, while your in the living room maintaining your new website on animal adoption. All of you sharing the same connection, but not hindering each other in any way. This is ... Read review

Memory-Network and more all in one
Review of Eye-Fi Explore - network adapter by greekmiss

Advantages: Labels automatically - wireless
Disadvantages: can be troublesome during first use

...a similar product named the Eye-Fi memory card. Eye-Fi also provides this memory card called the Eye-Fi Explore that offers a little extra bonus feature from the plain Eye-Fi network card. You pay about $30 more for it - totalling about $130. This product is an SD-Card that works on pretty much any digital camera that takes SD-Cards for memory, which allows you to not only store pictures to it but wirelessly move pictures and video from your camera ...
...The difference between the normal Eye-Fi network card and the Explore card is that the Explore card has the capability of automatically adding geographic location labels to your photos. Now there are some issues with this card but not much. The card doesn't seem to work very well with Kodak cameras - and the company knows this. The company tech support will try to work with you if you have the card and a Kodak camera but can't do too much to resolve ... Read review

My Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter Review
Review of Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Networking Adapter by Inteligento1982

Advantages: Easy To Hook Up on the Console and It Automatically Connects To Xbox Live
Disadvantages: The Price Is Somewhat High To Purchase and Should Have Been Included With the Console

I ordered the Xbox 360 Wireless Network Adapter and found it very easy to hook up. All you basicly have to do is click it in at the back of the 360. I did have trouble at first trying to get it to connect online to play my games but it was only because I did not know what I was doing at the time. I figured out what I was doing wrong by looking at the settings on my Router and finding the WEP key I needed to enter in the Xbox Live Network Settings. ...
...got connected and was up and running playing my games online. It even works better than hooking up my router to my Xbox 360 because when I turn on my 360 it immidiately connects to Xbox Live unlike the Router where I basicly had to test the Network Connections for Xbox Live almost all the time. You either have to enter your WEP key or WPA key which you can find on your wireless routers settings to get the 360s Network Adapter to work and you should ... Read review

Range not long enough
Review of D-Link Wireless G Router WBR-1310 - wireless router by aston50

Advantages: easy install
Disadvantages: very short range

The D-Link WBR-1310, to put it simply is a terrible product. It is one of the cheaper routers out there, but even with a low price it is not worth a purchase. Personally, I got this router for free with my laptop (my guess being that they were trying to get as rid of as many of these worthless things as they could). Now let me get to the specifics. I keep this router in my basement, because I can easily set it up with my internet from there. When ...
...home and I use the D-Link to connect it to the internet. However, when I check my NAT tpe it turns out to be type 3. To fix this I had to go to my router settings and open up some of the ports so that the PS3 can work properly online. So, I put in all the ports and that, and my NAT type is still type 3. What's even worse is that the D-Link has a special "gaming mode". All it saysis that if I have a game console connected, I should tick off the box ... Read review

Advantages: Easy to install and good range
Disadvantages: Sometimes can lose connection altogether

...so much nicer to sit in on the sofa working than it is to sit at a desk and when it's nice outside it's a bonus to be able to sit in the fresh air. Also another plus to this router is that Belkin sell it with a lifetime warranty. ... Read review
