This game came free with the purchase of the new game system. It really helps learn the control and the knuchuck help you progress onto other gams on the Wii. I believe that the wii sport promotes a challage and gets you excerise all in one. There are 5 games in this package which are bowling, golfing, baseball, tennis, and my favorite is boxing. you can use your own mii that you create or use ones that are on the game. Each time you win you get more expirence to play tougher people. Boxing i believe is the most excerise you can get from throwing punches with both hands and moving around to avoid getting hit. The other games have there advantage for playing to from pitching, swing, throwing so all in all this is a great beginner game to get you startedin the wonderful world of Wii.
