...My father-in-law got us a Wii for Christmas. It was for my husband, I just got added to the card. Once in a while I will start looking for video games that I would like to play. After the Wii Fit came out I figured, oh lets give that a try. Of cousre it was VERY hard to find. My husband is in much better shape than I am, but I am able to do some of the balance and aerobic games better than he is, so it makes me feel good about myself. The Wii Fit is a great way to get you moving instead of just sitting on the couch playing a game. It has exercises and games that get your heart pumping and your muscles working. The balance board can actually measure your weight and with the information you input on yourself, you can get your BMI. The weight was pretty accurate but I don't know about the BMI cause it can't take any other measurements of your body. It has 4 different categories: ...

You can cheat on some of the exercises in the sense that the game can't really tell if you've done the exercises or not. ...The great Wii, I think this is the best system ever. I do not have one...yet, but I have a friend that does and we all have so much fun with it. the fishing is one of the best games (for people who like fishing), I also enjoy the wii sports, and Wii fit. I like how you can actually move, or more less have to move to play the game. I like the controllers, but rather them with the covers for better grip. This is a great system for kids that like to play game, great excersise for kids. This is a system that you could play for hours. Not all the games for this system are get up and go games, so don't think all games for this system are a work out, they are not. I really like this system and I am sure you will too, I don't have one yet, because my son is getting it for christmas!... Read review

...In this game, first you think is the typical dance game that has become fashionable these years, but you're wrong, is much, it's almost like having a professor of dance at home. It has many levels, both playing and dancing classes. And what I see, it will eventually take a lot of looseness in the waist and feet for dancing, plus lots of coordination and sense of rhythm. Not that you go to turn in two days in a "Fred Astaire" but in a couple of weeks playing every day you might be more able to dance without stepping on anyone ...... jejejeje!. You have two options game, or with the wii remote-alone or with the table-Fit and Wii-Wii Remote at the same time, and that the latter custom is torture, but you risk a lot, although less so when a pick agujetas that you can not move. ...I loved the awesome wii sports. It makes you do excerise while you have a lot of fun, it does not get any better than that. I also think if you have obese children or if you are obese yourself it will be the perfect addition to your living room or wherever you keep your television. I think that the fourty bucks will be worth it. I was about fifty pounds overweight then someone told me to buy that wii fit and now I am not overweight my friends doctor and family where all so impressed at how much weight I lost and I owe it all to my awesome wii fit
