My parents bought this stove over three years ago as well and they have never had any problems out of it. It is really easy to clean and maintain. It even has a self cleaner in it and has a timer to time foods that you cook. It does not take long to heat up the oven or for the food to get cooked. It is really very easy to use. The design is so nice where the burners are not sticking out of the surface. It is alot safer than most ranges. This is the type of range that I would use and buy. It is a great product to have. The price is not that bad either. It is so worth it.
