Great coffee maker for large groups. It's quick to brew and has easy instructions printed on faceplate. The large metal basket requires no filter and the facet is dripless. My office purchased one for meetings and trainings and we have been very pleased. The written instructions help all who would be making coffee-even someone who is not a coffee drinker. The inside of the urn has water level markings and is easy to fill. You are able to put a standard coffee cup/mug easliy under the facet. A serving light and heat resistant handles and base makes this highly polished urn a great choice for home of office. This urn is the perfect choice when you need to make 40 to 100 cups of coffee.
