Advantages: Basic webcam
Disadvantages: Not as good as the VX6000

At first I bought this camera, the VX3000 and then brought it back and decided to go with the VX6000 instead. If your torn between the two i would definitly go with the VX6000. The picture is clearer and has a couple more options like 3x zoom, pan and tilt options. Also the VX3000s CMOS image sensor captures video up to 30 frames per second (640 x 480 resolution); still-image resolution up to 1.3MP (1280 x 960 resolution) the VX6000s CMOS image sensor ...

...the latest version available from Logitech - it gives new options and have a very nice look. Still pictures - very poor quality, don`t count on too much with this function. This webcam is also equipped with mic - it`s a plus for the product.
