This is not very important now as my city actually has decent water. I would highly reccomend it to anyone who lives in an area where the water is rather suspect. They are supposed to be able to remove something like 90% of the lead and chlorine and bad taste. I first started using a water filter when I was in college. I was in a very rural part of Alabama and the water always had a bit of a bown tint to it. I do not believe it was well water though. ...
