This is a very nice washer to own. It realy does great work in getting your clothes very clean. I have had no problems yet out of it. It is very easy to use and has several different kinds of features and functions. It is not real noisey when washing the clothes either. We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. I have had it for a couple of years and have not had 1 ounce of trouble with it. You can pre load your detergent, softner and bleach just like the older ones. ...buy 2 different washing machine, LG WM2016 and 1 a cheaper machine.. cheaper one is too fussy to use. little less of water presure, too big laundry (not the heavy), will not start. noise and vibratory so distrub. I can't find any trouble above at LG. The different is faster, not fussy, fragnancer, and the most is after sales service is satisfaction.. its really helpfull to me to make profit. I am only 5'0" and, even with it sitting on a 15" pedestal, I can still easily reach the top of the machine to fold the clothes as I remove them from the matching dryer.
