This is a very nice washer to own. It realy does great work in getting your clothes very clean. I have had no problems yet out of it. It is very easy to use and has several different kinds of features and functions. It is not real noisey when washing the clothes either. We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. I have had it for a couple of years and have not had 1 ounce of trouble with it. You can pre load your detergent, softner and bleach just like the older ones.
