We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. ...buy 2 different washing machine, LG WM2016 and 1 a cheaper machine.. cheaper one is too fussy to use. little less of water presure, too big laundry (not the heavy), will not start. noise and vibratory so distrub. ...have chosen mainly because it's Whirlpool and is a brand we trust, in fact we had other household brand in this house and we founded ourselves well. The assistance I hope I do not call it in the sense that I hope will not break even this, but it's usually good enough and girls of call centers that meet are quite efficient.
