We have this washing machine, it is one of the best ones I have ever had! I love the front loading feature, but even more than that, I love the fact that it uses about 1/3 of the water my old top loading machine did. ...buy 2 different washing machine, LG WM2016 and 1 a cheaper machine.. cheaper one is too fussy to use. little less of water presure, too big laundry (not the heavy), will not start. noise and vibratory so distrub. I can't find any trouble above at LG. The different is faster, not fussy, fragnancer, and the most is after sales service is satisfaction.. its really helpfull to me to make profit. I have this wonderful delight of a washing machine, and I can't imagine why I did not own one of these front loaders before this. The way that your clothes are cleaned by light tossing and gentle spray action is just amazing in itself. Not only do your clothes look like new and stay that way, the water savings alone justify the purchase of this fantastic machine.
